Marc Nakisher, Esq.
Marc concentrates his practice in estate planning. His practice is located in Royal Oak, MI.
He specializes in helping clients balance their planning goals with their desire to minimize gift
and estate taxes. In addition to drafting basic Wills, Revocable Trusts and Powers of
Attorney, he also counsels clients on issues of family planning, guardianship and wealth
preservation.
His practice includes business planning, creating family limited partnerships and family limited
liability companies, and advising clients toward getting the most benefit from their IRA or other
retirement plan account. Marc also advises clients on elder law issues, including Medicaid
asset planning, substituted decision-making and health care and quality of life issues for the
elderly.
He also has significant experience working with national lending institutions and borrowers in
negotiation, structuring documentation and origination of real estate loans, construction and
land development loans and various other commercial lending transactions.
